Holiday home in Apulia

Our Trullo with swimming pool is an exclusive estate in Puglia in Salento, Ostuni, in the beautiful Valle d'Itria, near Cisternino, Alberobello and Locorotondo.

Ideal for 8 persons, 9 at most if it is a smaller child (paying a small daily supplement).
It is composed by two accomodations:

The Trullo, about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower, a living room with attached fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning to keep the rooms cool during the summer and underfloor heating for a perfect temperature even in winter. It’s perfect for 4 persons.
The Lamia, 2 bedrooms (a double with a romantic canopy bed, one with single beds) both with private bath, living area and kitchen. Lamia is perfect for a family or two couples.

We are in the Apulian countryside and you can walk quietly in the private big garden surrounded by olive trees. At only 8km from Ostuni, a centre rich in attractions like restaurants and shops, and at 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and the sea. You can also admire Polignano a Mare just 40 km away and Monopoli where is the first coral reef in Italy!

During your stay you will meet an assistant who, in your language, will take care of the reception, the presentation of the structure and the services and your assistance throughout the stay. In particular, you can contact you assistant for information about beaches, itineraries, place to see, restaurants and any need in general.

An absolutely fantastic find. Both properties were immaculately clean and the outside areas gorgeous. The host was extremely helpful and the couple of little problems we had were rectified straight away. You definitely need a car - the property was 12 mins drive to the nearest town, but the upside of this was we had the most peaceful of weeks, amongst olive groves in the amazing Puglian countryside. We would definitely recommend.

Villa Falgheri is better than the pictures. It ticked every box for us as a family - great pool, beautiful grounds, spotless villa, terrific host and peaceful convenient location. Giovanni and his son were excellent hosts providing great restaurant tips. Highly recommend hiring a car and travelling to Alberobello, Lecce, and Punta Proscuitto.

Regulation

Essential conditions for booking the structure:

The first request of information will guarantee you a booking blocked on the period you selected, valid for one week from the day of the request. In the case of your non-confirmation, the reservation will be canceled upon expiry of the week.

The reservation includes the entire estate (trullo + lamia) and it is not possible to reserve the accommodation separately.
Minimum stay: 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday (We do NOT rent the property for one night only!)
Check in from 3.00 pm
Check out 10.00 am
Pets are accepted with house rules: supplement € 25/day per pet.
Payment: 30% of the amount of the stay as a confirmatory deposit at the time of booking, balance not later than 30 days before check-in. At the time of the balance the deposit will be charged to the amount.
Cancellation: it is allowed only in written form no later than 30 days before check-in.
For stays of 4 weeks or more the deposit paid will not be refundable in case of cancellation.
Security deposit: € 1000 to be paid together with the bank holiday balance, also providing us your IBAN. Refund of the amount 7 days after departure by bank transfer.
It is possible to request the addition of an extra bed with a surcharge of € 50.00 per day.
FINAL cleaning: € 450
Rent as a location for photo services or theme nights for presentations: price to be agreed upon with the property.
Extra charge services: additional housekeeping and chef at home.
